Notes

  • CSE 142-143 can be taken in the freshman or sophomore year. Advice: Take courses in sequence during an academic year.
  • During the freshman year, take INFO 100, English composition, and math courses (to a minimum of MATH 120 or 112 level).
  • FDAP students enroll in Freshman Seminar (INFO 198) each quarter during first year.
  • Beginning in sophomore year, you may infuse upper-division INFO courses. (INFO 300 is typically offered AU and WI.)
  • Take STAT 311, INFO 300, and CSE 373 during the sophomore year. Hint: Treat CSE 373 like a 5 credit class.
  • Select AoK (Areas of Knowledge) electives to reflect your interest and develop communication, quantitive and qualitative reseasoning skill.
  • Use summer for internships, study abroad, work, or summer courses.
