GPSS Checkout Equipment

The Graduate and Professional Students Senate provided funding for one Canon A70 digital camera for checkout by graduate students.


Checkout Process


Reserve and Pick Up Equipment

  1. Reserve student equipment using the iSchool online equipment checkout system. Note: By clicking the I Agree to These Terms button, you are entering into a legally binding contract and are responsible for returning the equipment on time and in good working order.
  2. View the checkout hours for the day and time you plan to pick up your equipment. Is the lab open? Are lab staff on duty to check out your equipment for you?
  3. On the day you are scheduled to pick up your equipment—at least 20 minutes before the lab staff goes off duty—go to the TE Lab (MGH 440).
  4. The lab staff will assemble the equipment for you.
  5. If you notice any problems with the equipment, please indicate them on the checkout form.
  6. Provide your Husky ID card or other photo identification during checkout.
  7. Both you and the lab staff will sign the checkout form.

Return Equipment

  1. View the checkout hours for the day and time when you plan to return your equipment. Is the lab open? Are lab staff on duty to check in your equipment?
  2. On the day you are scheduled to return your equipment—at least 20 minutes before the lab staff goes off duty—go to the TE Lab (MGH 440).
  3. The lab staff will check that the equipment and all accessories are present and that everything is working order and in good condition.
  4. Both you and the lab staff will sign the check-in form.

Disclaimer: Because we cannot guarantee that an item will be returned to us on time and in perfect working order, we cannot guarantee that the items you've reserved will be available on the day they're scheduled for pick up.
